We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a customer banking specialist relief role. This position will involve providing exceptional customer service, delivering financial solutions, and contributing to the success of our business.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate customer service professional looking to deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a Customer Banking Specialist Relief, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering face-to-face services for everyday banking needs at our Murgon Branch and Kingaroy Branch locations.
- Assisting customers with general banking transactions and answering questions.
- Building personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations.
- Helping customers use in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Completing Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs.
- Capturing customer feedback and improving our service.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Customer Banking Specialist Relief will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Delivering financial solutions to meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
