As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in optimising the physical, social, and mental well-being of our clients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of clients, providing evidence-based therapy services to support positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, working closely with clients and their families.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to address any challenges.
- Provide accurate, timely, and high-quality reports, maintaining accurate documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- You will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and a passion for optimising their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
- You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be naturally caring, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- You will have an approved degree in Speech Pathology, eligibility for registration with Speech Pathology Australia, and unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
- You will be passionate about supporting individuals to maximise their independence and realise their full potential.
- You will be willing to learn and be adaptable, with exceptional communication and time management skills.
- You will enjoy working in a state-of-the-art clinic with a childcare centre, café, and parking situated on site for your convenience.
- You will be remunerated with a competitive salary, ranging from $77,000 to $125,000 per year, plus superannuation.
