The Role

We're seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support boutique management in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Ensure personal and store sales targets are being met, while upholding the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Perform daily security stock counts and undertake daily routines as directed
  • Maintain stock levels, clean, and perform store housekeeping duties
  • Track personal performance statistics and attend regular training sessions to develop your knowledge base
  • Contribute to daily merchandising, including setting up displays, rotating stock, and implementing new display concepts
Requirements
  • Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry
  • Proven customer service skills and a genuine passion for the Longines brand
  • Computer literacy skills and excellent organisational abilities
  • A team player with energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
