Job Description

The Technical Architect - Customer Experience will be responsible for leading the technical architecture of our customer-facing solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging technical expertise to drive strategic decision-making and solution development
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications
  • Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Serving as a technical liaison between internal teams and external partners
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership position
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
  • Expertise in software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
