About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at BOQ in Hampton. As the face of the bank within the branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving branch sales targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the banking industry
  • Experience in sales and cross-selling, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Windows programs and technology
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
