Job Title

A dedicated and passionate educator is sought to provide high-quality support to our Early Childhood Education team. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the development of our young learners, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.

  • Provide assistance to EYC teachers in all areas of class/student learning and management.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement high-quality learning programs.

">Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience working with 3 and 4 year old children.
  • An understanding of Reggio Emilia philosophy.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working in teams.

You will also be proactive, innovative, and flexible, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
