Job Title

We are seeking an experienced software engineering leader to join our team and drive the development of AI-powered services that help identify quality candidates for jobs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, experience with leading cross-functional teams, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance components and services that align with the team's objectives.
  • Owning and evolving the system architecture in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Leading a small team of engineers and providing line management and career development support.
  • Collaborating with peers in data science, product management, and other stakeholders to influence product evolution and drive critical decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong technical skills and significant hands-on coding experience.
  • Proficient in Python, Scala, or Java and experience with AWS cloud platform.
