About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Studio Photographer and Retoucher to join our in-house creative team at Bellroy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality product photography and retouching imagery to ensure our customers have a world-class online experience.

Key Responsibilities

Photograph a growing range of products in our studio, utilizing meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for lighting and composition.

Retouch product photography to ensure a seamless and polished visual identity for our brand.

Collaborate with our Photography Lead to forward plan capacity, building shot lists for the week ahead and ensuring deadlines are met.

Work alongside our talented in-house creative team to create images that bring our products to life.

Requirements

A strong understanding of studio photography and lighting.

1-4 years of experience shooting e-commerce product photography.

Experience shooting lifestyle photography on location.

Professional level post-production and retouching skills - Photoshop.

The ability to work methodically and enjoy taking a project from start to finish.

The desire to work for a product business doing great things.

What You'll Be Doing

Photographing a new collection of bags in our studio, shortlisting the features we want to capture and the props we'll use to personalise them.

Retouching product photography, receiving and implementing feedback from the Production team, and sharing with the wider team for final approval.

Photographing lifestyle content for the next Bellroy printed Brand Guide, helping to shape shot lists in the lead-up.
