Job Description:

We are seeking highly experienced town planning professionals to join our team as Principal and Senior Planning Consultants. The ideal candidates will have a high level of expertise across all aspects of town planning and urban design, with a focus on built form and statutory planning.

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering projects for private and public sector clients. They will utilise their technical expertise to provide innovative solutions, leading to outstanding outcomes for clients.

As a key member of our Planning Team, the consultants will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals. This involves providing guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on town planning and urban design matters.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for clients.
  • Coordinating and leading project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Highly developed technical expertise in town planning and urban design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A client service ethos and team-focused work ethic.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline.
