We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our nursery team as an unqualified flexible nursery practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in childcare.

Job Description

As an unqualified flexible nursery practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. You will work closely with the senior staff team to ensure that the children receive a safe and nurturing environment.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in childcare and education, working towards achieving qualifications in childcare and early years education.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To have experience of working with children and in a team-based environment;
  • To have a passion for working in the childcare industry;
  • To be committed to ongoing learning and professional development;

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or a related field would be advantageous, but not essential as we provide training and support for the right candidate.
