We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer and Analyst to spearhead our software development initiatives. With expertise in Java, NodeJS, or Dot Net programming languages, you will lead the design and implementation of efficient solutions for complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead system analysis and program development efforts.
  • Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design, develop, and test high-quality applications using Microservices, API, and Spring Boot technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance existing codebases, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT with business acumen.
  • 3+ years of experience in development or support in banking, cards, payments, insurance, or financial services environments.
  • Proficiency in agile or scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
