POSITION SUMMARY

As a pivotal role within Duratec's expanding Structural Integrity Portfolio, you will be tasked with the strategic planning and seamless coordination of projects on-site, managing all phases from initial setup to final completion.

  • Ensure adherence to HSECQ standards
  • Implement effective cost management and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate direct labor resources
  • Provide project progress updates and facilitate weekly meetings
  • Offer technical and engineering guidance as needed
  • Maintain close communication with clients to ensure project timelines are met

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Proven experience in leading construction and remediation projects
  • Familiarity with tier 1 clients
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Self-motivated with a focus on project efficiency and team collaboration
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a supportive leadership approach
