Retail Store Manager Position

Seeking an experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at Repco Penrith.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to enhance showroom and product displays, managing planograms, and ensuring a high standard of presentation.
Responsibilities- Lead a team to optimize showroom layouts and visual merchandising strategies
- Oversee planogram adherence and maintain store standards
- Share knowledge on effective merchandising and presentation techniques with team members
- Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Assist with deliveries as needed, possessing a valid driver's license
- Lift, bend, and climb as part of the role
- Prior experience in large-format retail environments, focusing on display management, promotions, and teamwork
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Emerging or established leadership abilities and ambition
- Passion for the automotive industry and its products (desired)
- Possession of a valid driver's license to facilitate occasional delivery assistance
This position requires availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
