Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in coastal and maritime engineering, with a strong track record of project delivery and business development. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring and supervising junior engineers and consultants;
  • Assisting in business development, including client liaison and relationship management;
  • Providing technical direction and guidance on coastal and maritime engineering projects;
  • Participating in the development of local technical systems and standards;
  • Leading design teams and managing interfaces with external design teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in civil engineering or a related field;
  • At least 10 years of experience in coastal and maritime engineering, with a strong focus on project delivery and business development;
  • Excellent technical and practical skills, with expertise in hydrodynamic modeling and EIA;
  • Strong client liaison and relationship management skills;
  • Ability to direct and advise on technical matters, teach, mentor, and manage project teams.
