Job Title: Finance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management skills, with experience in accounts payable and receivable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable activities, including invoicing, payment processing, and credit control. They will also assist with cash management, bank reconciliations, and debtor management.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Finance Officer will support internal customers with processing and troubleshooting, improve financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, and support less experienced staff and participate in corporate activities.

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable activities including invoicing, payment processing, and credit control
  • Assist with cash management, bank reconciliations, and debtor management
  • Support internal customers with processing and troubleshooting
  • Improve financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support less experienced staff and participate in corporate activities

Requirements for this role include a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, proficiency in electronic accounts processing software, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
