Experienced Physiotherapist Leader

We are seeking a skilled Senior Physiotherapist to lead our Aged Care department in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
Main Responsibilities- Lead by example and promote professional standards in physiotherapy practice
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary care planning to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Develop and implement patient-centered case management strategies
- Provide clinical supervision and monitoring to junior physiotherapists
- Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy with a strong focus on leadership and patient care
- AHPRA Registration for practice as a physiotherapist in Australia
- Evidence of up-to-date vaccination against infectious diseases, including Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B
- Current Tuberculosis screening
- Valid Driver Licence
- Declaration of any serious disciplinary history
- Criminal History Screening for new employees
