Job Summary:
We are seeking a casual community care worker to provide care and supervision to clients in the community.This role involves working under supervision, maintaining a safe environment for employees and clients, and contributing to the overall well-being of our service users.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing person-centered care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence and autonomy
Requirements:
- AQF Certificate III qualification relevant to the position
- Experience in delivering aged, frail or disabled care services in a community setting
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders
