As a Product Development Manager, you will lead the creative vision of footwear products, driving brand success and meeting customer requirements in design, quality, and price.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning product development from concept through to end production
  • Developing a range that meets customer needs in terms of design, quality, and price
  • Driving business success in line with company strategy, through research and design of products

You will be responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives. This is a dream role within a growing organization dedicated to technology, sustainability, and quality footwear.

We are looking for a Product Development leader currently in the footwear industry who can join a like-minded, supportive, and progressive culture. You will have an eye and passion for design, and an up-to-date knowledge of current trends across footwear fashion and production.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in fashion or equivalent is advantageous
  • Footwear product development experience
  • Experience using enterprise resource planning systems is an advantage
