Job Overview

SIXT Australia is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join our team at Newcastle Airport.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating opportunities to drive sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet our high standards of presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to our customers, driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Vehicle Presentation: Ensure all rental vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, ready for our customers.
  • Reservations and Fleet Management: Manage reservations and organize our fleet of vehicles to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect and record vehicle damage, ensuring our vehicles are in excellent condition for our customers.
  • Delivery and Collection: Deliver vehicles between sites, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Be flexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess exceptional customer service skills and/or experience.
  • Enthusiasm and Drive: Be an enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a good work ethic.
  • Vehicle Detailing Experience: Have experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential).
  • Driver's Licence: Hold a current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence.
  • Working Rights: Possess full working rights in Australia.
