Job Title: Electrician - Solar System Installations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team as a Solar System Installation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing solar systems on commercial and residential properties, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct onsite energy assessments to determine the best solar system configuration for each property
  • Schedule and manage installations, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Manage project timelines, including record-keeping and progress reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices throughout the installation process
Requirements:
  • Current South Australian Electrical Licence
  • Previous experience in solar installations is essential
  • Proven knowledge of solar systems, electrical components, and related equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret installation schematics and blueprints
  • CEC Solar Accreditation is preferred (or willing to undertake training and accreditation)
  • Proven knowledge and experience in maintaining safety standards and industry best practices
  • Current Australian drivers license and the ability to drive a manual vehicle
  • Experience and confidence in towing trailers
  • Current Working at Heights and White Card qualifications
  • Able to work to deadlines while maintaining quality of work
  • Honest and reliable
  • Able to travel for work and work away from home regularly
