Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Verification and Validation (V&V) professional to ensure the quality and reliability of complex systems in secure environments.


Responsibilities
  • Develop V&V frameworks, plans, and procedures to meet Defence and Federal standards.
  • Analyze customer needs and translate them into robust system test strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute V&V activities across system and component levels for mission-critical applications.
  • Conduct defect analysis, troubleshoot issues, and deliver comprehensive test reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align testing activities with project objectives.

Requirements
  • Australian citizen with an active NV-1 AGVSA Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
  • Proven experience in Systems or Test Engineering, preferably within Defence or Federal Government projects.
  • Technical expertise: strong knowledge of V&V methodologies, Systems Engineering lifecycle, and tools such as ALM or Jira.
  • Domain knowledge: familiarity with Data Centre Infrastructure and enterprise applications; Defence experience highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and produce clear documentation.
