We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic team member to join our dynamic squad. As a key contributor, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for every customer who steps into our store.

About the Role
  • Customer Champion: Create a memorable experience for every customer, ensuring they leave with a smile on their face and a spring in their step.
  • Team Player: Support your colleagues to smash sales and KPI goals, fostering a collaborative and motivational environment that drives success.
  • Logistics Expert: Keep stock moving by receiving, restocking, and maintaining shelves to ensure an impressive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Pick and Pack Pro: Efficiently pick and pack click & dispatch orders, meeting customer expectations with precision and care.
  • Store Star: Maintain a clean and tidy store, showcasing our products in the best possible light and reflecting positively on our brand.
  • Culture Keeper: Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude to every shift, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment that everyone loves.

Our ideal candidate will have full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. While retail experience is beneficial, it's not a requirement – we're open to candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in fast-paced environments.
