Casual HR Agitator Driver/Batcher

About the Role:

This is a casual position as an HR Agitator Driver/Batcher, driving a concrete agitator truck and interacting with clients. You will be based at our Great Southern Albany Concrete Plant, driving to various locations throughout the day.

  • The role involves delivering products to clients while providing exceptional customer service, which includes dealing with different personalities daily.

You will be responsible for operating the batch plant, making multiple deliveries each day, and working closely with others in a fast-paced environment.

  • This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, ensuring you work well under pressure.

A key aspect of this position is your ability to interact effectively with people, including clients and colleagues, and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving the agitator truck to various locations and delivering products to clients.
  • Operating the batch plant and managing production processes.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and communicating with the team about production and delivery schedules.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid HR license with previous driving experience (preferably).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
