Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Foreign Exchange (FX) Structurer to join our North Sydney office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring clients across the APAC region receive tailored FX solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement FX risk management strategies to mitigate clients' exposure and optimize their hedges.
  • Price and structure FX derivatives, including vanilla and exotic options, to meet clients' complex needs.
  • Collaborate with front office teams, FX dealing, and FX sales to deliver exceptional FX products to clients.
  • Recommend and execute complex FX hedges, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Train and educate FX Sales & FX Dealing teams on strategies and pricing of structured products.
Requirements
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and verbal reasoning skills.
  • A degree in finance, financial engineering, econometrics, or financial mathematics.
  • Understanding and interest in pricing of FX Spot, Swaps, NDFs, and Options.
  • Modelling experience and ability to set up scenario analysis and stress testing.
  • Based in Sydney.
  • Drive and passion to help Ebury achieve its goals.
  • Excel experience required, Python preferred.
