About Us

The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill is a popular destination for sports enthusiasts, offering a unique dining experience and live sports entertainment. With locations across the country, we pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel like family.

Salary: AU$50,000 - AU$65,000 per year

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a high-energy team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all areas of the business
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior hospitality management position
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of food and beverage regulations and compliance
  • An RSA certificate and TAB Certificate
