Are you a coffee connoisseur with excellent interpersonal skills? We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our dynamic team of food and beverage enthusiasts. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Coffee Preparation and Service
- Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with both new and regular customers.
- Promote our loyalty program to increase customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure a safe and healthy space for everyone.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and adhere to recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items.
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by being proactive and flexible.
- Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Right attitude: high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers.
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close-knit team.
- Well-presented, excellent communication skills, and time management skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Fluency in English and ability to live in Australia for at least 12 months.
- Comfortable working busy shifts and adapting to changing circumstances.
