Enterprise Transformation Lead

About the Role:

This strategic leadership position is responsible for driving ICT transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in organizational change, agile methodologies, and service design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ICT transformation roadmap to drive business growth and digital maturity.
  • Manage portfolios of technology, workforce, and process reform initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Establish new operating models and governance structures to enhance organizational agility and improve services.
  • Oversee change initiatives, process automation, and service modernization projects to deliver sustainable benefits.
  • Promote scalable and repeatable practices across delivery teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration with senior stakeholders to align transformation goals and objectives.
  • Monitor benefits realization and delivery performance using effective frameworks and metrics.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in program or project delivery within complex organizations, with a strong background in organizational transformation. They will possess experience leading complex ICT or business transformation portfolios at an executive level, with a deep understanding of enterprise ICT, agile/hybrid methodologies, and service design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years' experience in program or project delivery within complex organizations.
  • Strategic, future-focused leader with a strong background in organizational transformation.
  • Experience leading complex ICT or business transformation portfolios at an executive level.
  • Proven track record in operating model redesign, capability uplift, and governance reform.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise ICT, agile/hybrid methodologies, and service design.
  • Knowledge of transformation frameworks (e.g., SAFe, ITIL, ITSM).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with influence at executive levels.
