About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pest Control Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for working with commercial and residential customers to keep their premises pest-free.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with commercial and residential customers to identify and resolve pest control issues
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the best course of action for pest control
  • Implement and maintain effective pest control measures to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Work autonomously and drive long distances to service customers
  • Maintain high standards and achieve set targets
  • Consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parameters
Requirements
  • Current and valid Australian open/full driver's licence
  • The ability to drive a manual vehicle
  • Eligible to work full-time in Australia
  • Interest in Pest Control or related industry experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Physically fit and able to work autonomously
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully acquire a Working with Children Check
