Job Overview

We are seeking a Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Geelong, VIC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and exceeding KPIs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team that thrives on creativity, innovation, and customer satisfaction. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining store visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
  • Achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs through effective communication, product knowledge, and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising standards, including window displays, stock management, and display fixtures.
  • Process transactions efficiently, handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, providing support and feedback to colleagues.

Estimated Salary

$25-$30 per hour, based on location and experience.
