Beverage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced beverage specialist to join our team as a key member of our cafe. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise through active listening and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and best practices
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a barista or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
