Education Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity to assume a key position in the operational planning and delivery of Allied Health education. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of the Allied Health workplan.
The team comprises 4 staff members across 2.2 EFT, providing support for our staff to learn and grow throughout their careers, resulting in competent and capable professionals in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the Allied Health education workplan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Foster engagement among Allied Health staff and students in clinical education activities, promoting interprofessional learning and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for quality improvement, enhancing clinical practice for optimal patient care.
- Registration under the relevant Act or accreditation with a self-regulating professional body.
- Allied Health qualification (at least 10 years' experience), eligibility for membership of a relevant Allied Health professional body, and a postgraduate qualification at Master's level.
- Demonstrated applied knowledge of multi-modal design, implementation, and evaluation of single discipline or interprofessional education models.
