Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at Kids Academy Waratah Estate. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead a team of educators to create a positive and fun working environment, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase occupancy and improve the overall reputation of the centre within the local community.
  • Mentor and support staff to meet/exceed national quality standards, driving excellence in teaching, learning, and service delivery.
About You
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification, registered with ACECQA.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role, with a track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
