Project Coordinator Role

As a skilled Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring adherence to project governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Conducting regular quality checks of project documentation and maintaining audit readiness.
  • Preparing high-quality reports and dashboards on project status, risks, and KPIs for senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting governance forums and enforcing compliance across the portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a PMO or project support role with a strong governance and compliance focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to take professional meeting minutes and produce executive-level board packs.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
