The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant at Highpoint. As a key member of our store team, you will support the management team in running the store efficiently and profitably.
Day-to-day, you will:

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and KPI targets.
  • Create an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your love of adventure.
  • Work with a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Assist with store operational requirements as requested by management.

You will have experience and/or understanding of the retail sales environment.
You will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with a positive and flexible attitude.
