We are seeking a skilled Seasonal Sales Ambassador to enhance our customers' shopping experience during the festive season. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop your retail skills and build lasting relationships with clients.

The Role

This seasonal position involves creating memorable experiences for customers, maintaining store presentation, processing transactions, exceeding sales targets, and providing styling advice. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a seamless and engaging customer experience through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Maintain store presentation by adhering to visual merchandising standards, managing stock effectively, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators by providing excellent customer service and promoting products.
  • Offer styling advice and support in fitting rooms to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar retail or customer service role, with a strong sense of personal style and a willingness to learn.
  • A positive attitude, with a can-do approach to all aspects of work.
  • An eye for detail and a passion for visual merchandising and styling.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management, and in-store fulfillment.
  • A genuine alignment with our values and a desire to be part of the Seed Heritage team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Availability to work extended trade hours, weekends, and public holidays during October to January.
