Job Description:

As a Team Leader in our Ambulance Services, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing daily road-ambulance operations and scheduled/unscheduled event-medical deployments across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

You will be responsible for managing assets and resources, including staff, vehicles, equipment, and medical consumables to meet service objectives, contractual KPIs, and event-risk assessments.

In addition, you will assist in the creation, delivery, and evaluation of clinical training within an educational framework aligned to accreditation standards.

Moreover, you will maintain active clinical practice as a Paramedic through scheduled road or event shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven team-leadership and supervisory experience
  • High-level clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Sound understanding of WHS and clinical-governance frameworks

To be considered for this role, you require:

  • Minimum five years Paramedic (or higher) experience post-qualification with demonstrated exposure to out-of-hospital ambulance operations
