Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Leader to oversee and supervise daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of achieving business results and developing high-performing teams. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and make informed decisions that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance store performance and efficiency.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Manage and control store inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
