Description:

We are seeking a visionary and innovative leader to spearhead our educational programs.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to influence and shape the direction of our early childhood education services.

You will work collaboratively with educators, children, and families to drive improvement in our educational practices and provide exceptional coaching, mentoring, and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum that fosters optimal child development and learning outcomes.
  • Mentor educators to ensure high-quality educational programs that cater to each child's unique needs.
  • Evaluate child progress and adjust educational strategies accordingly.
  • Promote best practices in teaching and leadership among all team members.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the National Quality Framework.
  • Prior experience working in the early years sector is highly desirable.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent is mandatory.
