Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Compliance Risk Manager to join our Enterprise Risk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing risk and compliance advice and support, particularly in relation to complaints and incident management.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with other members of the Enterprise Risk team to achieve a unified approach to second-line activities.
  • Assist the Head of Risk Practice and Compliance in developing key aspects relating to complaints and incident management, risk and compliance training, and regulatory change.

Responsibilities
  • Provide risk and compliance advice and support to business areas, particularly in relation to regulatory change matters.
  • Contribute to developing and delivering compliance training and second-line monitoring activities.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Risk/Compliance Manager, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Deep expertise in the Financial Services sector, particularly within the Superannuation industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the Corporations Act and SIS Act, and how these apply to the operations of the EQT Group.
