About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property and Assets Assessor to inspect and provide condition assessments on all Community Housing Industry Association owned and managed property assets, on a three-year cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and providing condition assessments to accurately determine medium to long term maintenance requirements, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs
  • Provide detailed condition assessments to inform maintenance and repair decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure properties meet client needs and industry standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective property management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property inspection and assessment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
