We're seeking a Wellness Program Coordinator to join our team at Estia Health. As a Wellness Program Coordinator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programs that promote social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment for our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement wellness programs that meet the unique needs of our residents
  2. Build genuine relationships with residents and their families
  3. Coordinate group activities inside and outside of the home
  4. Set lifestyle goals for residents and implement programs to help them achieve these
  5. Work closely with the wider support team to meet residents' needs

Requirements

  • A Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • A passion for building genuine relationships and seeing residents enjoy themselves
