We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Empower Healthcare. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering services to our clients in the community, working closely with clinical leads and team leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver services to clients in the community
- Work closely with clinical leads and team leaders
- Manage caseload in NDIS or Homecare Packages, or a combination of both
- Opportunity to work out of a Residential Age Care facility for part of the week
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
- At least 1 year clinical practice experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting
- Registration with AHPRA
- Police Check Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills and attention to detail
