The role of a Senior Occupational Therapist is pivotal in our multidisciplinary team, working with participants who have experienced acquired brain injury. This position involves the delivery and management of high-quality Occupational Therapy services within a specific framework.

  • Demonstrated clinical practice and case load management.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills incorporating excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.

This role encompasses a critical aspect of our service, involving the provision and management of exceptional Occupational Therapy services to individuals with acquired brain injury.

  • Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Professional Registration with AHPRA.
  • Home modifications/Equipment Prescription experience.
  • Specialised assessment and report writing skills.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience specialising in neurology/brain injury or minimum 4 years' experience in broad Occupational Therapy practice.

Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills, ensuring they can effectively supervise staff and students while promoting innovation in clinical practices.
