Workshop Operations Manager

A dynamic and skilled operations manager is required to oversee our workshop operations in Hobart.

  • Inspecting, repairing and maintaining RV functionalities;
  • Managing the off-site mechanical servicing of the fleet;

Key responsibilities include managing vehicle turnaround times, ensuring quality maintenance and driving operational excellence. We're looking for someone who holds a valid open manual driver's license, has previous experience in staff supervision, a mechanical aptitude and motorhome repair experience, and is prepared to travel to other Australian branches to assist during the off-season.
