We are seeking caring individuals to join our team as Personal Care Workers, providing high-quality support to residents in a vibrant and homely environment.

You will be responsible for delivering personal care, including showering, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance. You will also support residents with daily living tasks such as meal assistance and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to delivering high-quality care and support. You will work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that residents receive the best possible care.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 12 months' recent experience in a similar role within a residential aged care facility.

You will also possess excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of person-centred care, and a positive mindset. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment and build meaningful one-on-one connections with residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care, including showering, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as meal assistance and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment
  • Monitor residents' physical, emotional, and behavioural well-being, promptly reporting any concerns
  • Encourage social engagement and assist with recreational and group activities
  • Provide care to residents with complex needs, including palliative care, dementia support, and pain management
  • Support nursing staff with assessments, documentation, and evaluation of care outcomes
