Care Support Assistant

Eldercare, a leading not-for-profit aged care provider in South Australia, is seeking a skilled Care Support Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
The Resident Mobility Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the mobility and activity of our residents. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, starting in January 2025, with shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
About You:
- You will have existing working rights in Australia.
- Possess a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, Health & Leisure, or Ageing Support, or Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
- A genuine passion to provide person-centered care.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoy building positive relationships with residents and staff.
