Job Title:

RTO Compliance Manager

">About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the quality assurance obligations of and continuously improve the quality of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in compliance roles within the VET sector, with excellent knowledge of ASQA standards.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead Compliance across ASQA standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with government bodies, including ASQA, to ensure registration, additions to scope, and other related matters are addressed.
  • Manage state-based funding contracts to optimize resources and outcomes.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and enhance quality.
  • Oversee internal auditing for ASQA compliance and external audits to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance roles within the VET sector.
  • An excellent knowledge of ASQA standards and regulations.
  • Experience managing state-based funding contracts is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead and manage ASQA audits, re-registration, or registration.
  • Understanding of mapping, validation, and moderation processes.
  • Experience leading a team is desirable.
  • Strong experience managing high-level internal and/or external relationships.
  • Diploma of Quality Auditing or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
