Job Role

Retail and barista staff are the key to our business's success, providing a first-class customer experience in every interaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Setting up and maintaining visual displays
  • Upselling and promoting products
  • Preparing drinks and operating the barista machine
  • Maintaining food safety standards and completing cleaning duties

Requirements include:

  • A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Previous retail or food experience is highly valued but not essential

We are seeking two candidates for night shifts and one candidate for weekends. If you are passionate about delivering great customer experiences and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Develop and implement visually appealing display setups
  • Upsell and promote products to customers
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks using the barista machine
  • Maintain high food safety standards and complete cleaning duties as required
