Business Improvement Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct process mapping, analysis, and optimization to support business growth.
  • Develop and maintain operational systems and processes to support business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate small-scale quality assurance projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business process improvement and operational management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent time management and resource allocation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management and change management experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of CRM, telephony, automation, and reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Experience in process improvement and risk mitigation is essential.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to continuously improve and contribute to business growth.
