About the Position:
ANCA is expanding its Apprenticeship program to include multiple First Year Engineering Apprentices. This role offers a wide range of engineering skills and lays a strong foundation for a successful career in advanced manufacturing and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and configure machine builds to exact specifications.
- Apply analytical skills for fault finding and decision-making.
- Ensure high precision tolerances through metrology application.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to standard work instructions.
- Uphold safety standards and participate in risk assessments.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and engineering concepts.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
